Maintenance requests are responded to within 24 hours.

Emergencies

Emergencies are considered anything pertaining to loss of heat during the winter, broken pipes, lots of water entering your home, fire or other life threatening situations.

If fire or a life threatening situation, stop and call 911.

Otherwise, dial 603-570-6164 (our business line). Leave a vmail and send a text. Someone will call you back right away.

Rent Payments

Rent is due on the first of each month and is payable online via one-time payments or auto-payments (scheduled). These payments, for your convenience, are made by logging into your Apartments.com portal.

Lawn and Snow Care

Grounds keeping and exterior land/snow care is covered within your rent with RedTruck Properties.

In the winter, simply keep an eye to your emails as RedTruck Properties communicates the plowing schedule via email.
